Company History
Founded in Orange, California, TTI was established as Trade Temps, Inc. in
1989 and became the premier provider of outsourced, skilled tradespeople
for the residential construction industry. With its success, TTI
merged with National Builder Services (NBS), which has become
the flagship to providing experienced tradespeople for Home Team.
In 1994, Joe Wiseman, a leading member of the Building Industry Association,
perceived a need in the building industry and co-founded the council
for the BIASC. Based on his findings and experience in the building
industry, Joe first test-launched the Home Team concept in 1997
in the Midwest. Now, TTI has branches in Los Angeles, San Francisco
Bay Area, San Diego and Orange County, serving homebuilders of
all sizes.
